I believe this video is from the latest patch for PS3. It seems like they might have gone a bit overboard in nerfing this attachment. You’d think that night vision would at least work a little bit on a dark map like Metro.

I’ve seen a lot of responses online about this issue and I thought I would post a fix that has worked for me. I’ve tried various fixes posted online but this is the only one that has worked for me with regularity. Here are the details:

Problem: When trying to connect to a server through Battlelog, the small box at the bottom gets stuck on “Logging In…” and eventually the connection is severed.

Solution: Open another tab within your browser. Navigate to youtube.com and play start playing any video. It will only take a second or two of playback, but if you switch back to the Battlelog tab, you should see the message “Connecting”. I realize this fix sounds really bizarre, but it does actual seem to work.

I’m going to try to post a video demonstration of this fix because I know how strange it sounds. If this does end up working for you, please post a comment.
